General information
The loving restoration of the approximately 300 year old finca, Las Cañitas, has turned it into a unique holiday accommodation. The original character of the three different buildings was preserved and additionally furnished to today’s standards of comfort.

The finca, comprising 1,400 sq.m in total, is situated about 350 m from the main road and encompasses two living units – Casa Roja and Casa Azul as well as two additional buildings. The whole complex is surrounded by a rustic outer wall covered with flowering plants and is therefore secluded from view.
At an altitude of almost 500 metres, one has a fantastic view of the sea on the one side and an incredible view of the Pico del Teide (3,717 m), which is snow covered in winter.

The ample well tended garden with palm, banana, orange and grapefruit trees and the typically varied island plants, dragos (dragon trees) from various parts of the island together with the swimming pool are an invitation to enjoy an extended period of relaxation.

The enclosed complex and the special covering of the swimming pool also make the finca safe for children.

Casa Roja
The free standing two storey house with its 134 sq.m. of living area is ideal for 4-6 people. The bedroom with its two double beds and a narrow bay window area. In the lower large living room with open fireplace is another large sofa-bed.

The fully fitted kitchen and the large dining table offer ample room for family meals and comfortable gatherings. There is also a sheltered barbecue area in the open with table and chairs.

The ample bathroom is fitted with shower, WC and bidet.

Casa Azul
The second, smaller house with 55 sq.m. of living area is suitable for 2-3 people. The bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower, WC and bidet are situated at the rear. In the front living room with sofa-bed and open fireplace is a fully fitted kitchen and a large dining table.

The pleasant terrace with its beautiful view of the Teide receives the sun in the mornings and invites you to enjoy an ample breakfast.

The Casa Sindical offers a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.
